This policy explains storage and cookies used by niftycornercottags.com, operated by North Atlantic Terrain Atlas Ltd. The current site is static. It has no advertising tags, active analytics service or third-party account system.
What cookies do
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar browser storage can remember a setting without being a traditional cookie. We use local storage to remember the selection made in the cookie banner so it does not appear on every page. The selection persists in the same browser until its storage is cleared.

The analytics and functional rows describe common categories. They are not currently active beyond the essential preference storage described above.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. In most browsers, open Settings or Preferences, search for “cookies”, then choose whether to block third-party cookies, delete site data or clear storage when closing the browser. You can also use private browsing, although some site functions may reset. Browser help pages provide instructions for your device and version.
Consent choices
The banner offers Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Preferences. Each selection is saved locally. Rejecting non-essential storage does not prevent access to the guides. Clearing browser storage may cause the banner to appear again. Because the site does not currently run analytics, rejecting optional storage has no effect on an analytics profile.

We will update this page if the implementation changes. If an analytics tool, embedded service or additional functional storage is introduced, the policy will identify its purpose and relevant provider before or when it is used. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
